Affordable rental housing from the Society of Hope, through its property arm OpenScy Living. More than 900 rental units in 20 locations across Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country and Peachland. Buildings are for families, individuals, or seniors. ▸ Who it's for • Families, individuals, and seniors 55+ (or a couple where at least one person is 55 or older) • Subsidized units: rent is based on income — usually 30% of total gross household income • Market rent units: for moderate incomes; rent is equal to or a bit lower than average private rents • Subsidized income limits (yearly household income): – 1 bedroom: under $49,500 – 2 bedrooms: under $65,500 – 3 bedrooms: under $81,500 – 4 bedrooms: under $86,000 ▸ How to apply 1. Go to openscyliving.homes and check the current vacancy list. 2. Use the "Apply Now" form on the unit you want. A property manager contacts you in a couple of days. 3. For subsidized units, apply through The Housing Registry (BC Housing).
