Family & Natural Supports (FNS) helps youth build stronger relationships with their family and other caring adults, like teachers, coaches and mentors. ▸ What you can get help with: • Advocacy, mentoring, coaching and mediation • Emotional and mental health support • Setting and reaching goals • Healthy relationships, boundaries, communication and problem-solving • Finding housing, education and job supports • Basic needs like food, hygiene and shelter • Cultural and 2SLGBTQIA+ supports • Safety planning and self-advocacy ▸ How do I get this? You can refer yourself. Community partners and other Foundry Kelowna programs can also refer you.
