Transitional housing in Kelowna for up to 60 people experiencing homelessness. Seniors and people with physical disabilities get priority. It is a short-term step toward stable housing. ▸ What you get • Your own room, with shared bathrooms • Meals and laundry • A care plan made with an LPN, and help with daily living activities • Life skills programs, case management and support to move on ▸ Good to know • Couples are accepted, but there are no double rooms. • Pets may be allowed case by case. • You sign a program agreement and work on case planning and budgeting. • Theft or dealing illegal drugs is not allowed. • There is a per-person program fee. • Staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ▸ How to get in No walk-ins or self-referrals. Referrals come through Coordinated Access and Assessment and must include a Vulnerability Assessment (VAT) and a BC Housing Supportive Housing Registry (SHR) application. People already connected to shelters get priority. Connect with an outreach worker, or call the Regional Manager at 250-241-2330. The location is given at registration.
