Transitional housing with 60 modular homes for people who are homeless, with priority for seniors (55+) and people with physical disabilities ready for more independent living. 14 wheelchair-accessible units. Each private unit has a bed, mini-fridge, and storage. Shared washrooms, showers, laundry, dining area, recreation space. 24/7 staff with LPN care plans. Two meals a day, life skills programming, housing case management. Couples accepted (no double-occupancy rooms). Pets on a case-by-case basis. Run by Turning Points Collaborative Society. Referral through Coordinated Access and Assessment only — no walk-ins or self-referrals. Requires Vulnerability Assessment and BC Housing Supportive Housing Registry application.
