Mental health support for youth ages 12 to 18 who cannot or will not use regular mental health services, and their families. ▸ You need a referral from Child and Youth Mental Health, or from a BGC Okanagan outreach counsellor (such as Reconnect or Housing First). ▸ Support is one-on-one or in a group, at the youth centre or in the community. ▸ Help with coping skills, crisis management, mood management, safety planning, harm reduction and finding other services.
