Foundry Kelowna is a free, confidential centre for young people ages 12–24 and their families. It is run by CMHA Kelowna. ▸ Services at the Kelowna centre: • Drop-in single-session counselling and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy • Physical and sexual health, including gender-affirming care and withdrawal management • Youth peer support • Help with work and school • Youth and family navigation • Help with housing and income assistance ▸ How to get help: drop in during drop-in hours, or call 236-420-2803 to make an appointment. Services are also offered virtually and by phone. ▸ Kelowna hours: Centre Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 9 a.m.–5 p.m., Thu 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Drop-in Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 10 a.m.–5 p.m., Thu 10 a.m.–7 p.m. ▸ Also in West Kelowna (15-2484 Main Street, Mon & Fri 9 a.m.–4 p.m.) and Lake Country (10080 Main St, Thu 3–7 p.m.) — call to book.
