BC Housing – SAFER (Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters)

Monthly rental subsidy for seniors age 60+ who pay more than 30% of their income toward rent. Annual household income must be under $40,000. Maximum rent ceiling: $1,150/month. Minimum monthly payment: $50. Non-taxable.
