Free mental health support for children and youth, and their families. Go to a walk-in intake clinic to get started. ▸ Walk-in intake • Tuesday 9:00 - 11:00 AM and 1:00 - 3:00 PM • Call before you go — hours may change: 250-707-2732 • 15-2484 Main Street, West Kelowna ▸ What to expect • An intake interview takes about 45 to 90 minutes. After, you will learn the next steps. • Staff may need to talk to parents or caregivers privately. If your child is too young to wait alone, bring someone to watch them. • Youth 13 and older are encouraged to come with a parent or caregiver, but can also come on their own.
