Substance use help for youth ages 12 to 24 and their families. The team works with you and your family to set goals, connect you with community supports, and give substance use counselling to help keep you safe. ▸ You do not need a referral. ▸ Services can be offered virtually. ▸ How to get help: Call 310-MHSU (6478) or visit the Kelowna Mental Health & Substance Use centre at 505 Doyle Avenue. You can also ask your family doctor or nurse practitioner. ▸ For ongoing mental health concerns, Interior Health points youth to Child & Youth Mental Health (CYMH).
