Overnight Sheltering Site (OS4) — Outdoor

City-designated temporary outdoor overnight sheltering at the intersection of Richter Street and the Okanagan Rail Trail (not an indoor shelter). The site is temporary. Services described on the City page include seasonal running water, garbage pickup, serviced portable toilets, sharps disposal, security monitoring, and lighting. Support for people sheltering outdoors is coordinated with local agencies.
