CMHA Kelowna runs supportive and affordable housing for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. ▸ Buildings • McCurdy Place — 49 units of recovery-based housing for adults and youth 17–24 • Ellis Place — 38 units, adults 19+ • Heath House — 40 units, adults 19+, couples welcome • Gordon Place — 44 units, adults 19+, couples welcome • Willowbridge — 40 units, adults 19+ • Rosemead — 23 units of affordable housing for adults 19+ with mental health issues on limited incomes who can live independently • Scattered Sites Program — homes rented from community landlords, with a case manager (see the separate Scattered Sites listing) ▸ How to apply 1. Fill out the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registration (SHR) Service form. 2. Send it to BC Housing's Penticton office. Fax: 250-492-1080.
