Support for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Kelowna. The Outreach Navigator is the first point of contact — for people who have been referred or self-refer. After an assessment and connecting with any supports the person may already be using, the navigator helps connect them to appropriate community resources, both internal and external to CMHA Kelowna.
