▸ What it is Supportive housing in Kelowna: 30 self-contained bachelor units for adults 19+ who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and are working on mental health or substance use challenges. The goal is to help you move into independent housing within about two years. ▸ What you get Rent includes cable, heat, electricity, water and laundry. Staff help you manage substance use and mental health and build skills to keep a tenancy. ▸ Cost Rent is usually $375 a month if you get income assistance. Otherwise it is 30% of your gross income. ▸ How to apply Fill out the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registration (SHR) form.
