Four-month life skills program for women and girls ages 15-40 who have experienced sexual exploitation, addiction, or abuse. Covers relapse prevention, healthy boundaries, anger management, budgeting, and job readiness. Includes equine therapy, trauma therapy, and yoga. After graduating, you can access the Follow Care and Healthy Living programs. Through NOW Canada Society.
