Crisis Response Teams help when you are having an acute mental health or substance use crisis. They assess you and link you to community and hospital resources. ▸ Where: Kelowna Mental Health & Substance Use, 505 Doyle Avenue. Teams also respond in hospitals and in the community. ▸ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM. Phone 250-469-7070. ▸ Any time: call the Interior Crisis Line Network at 1-888-353-2273 (24 hours, by phone, chat or text). ▸ Non-crisis: call 310-MHSU (6478) to connect with your local mental health and substance use centre.
