Counselling for individuals, couples, families, children, and youth across the Central Okanagan. Connect offers free, low-cost, and full-fee services. Fee-for-service counselling is for people who can pay privately or have extended health benefits, in person or virtually. Low-cost counselling is for people who can't afford full rates but don't qualify for funded programs — for example men's trauma counselling and low-cost couples counselling. Waitlists may apply. Free and funded programs are for people who are eligible, and some need a referral. Group programs are also offered. Call 250-860-3181 and the office team can help you find the right option.
