FamilySmart's Family Peer Support is free and confidential. ▸ What you get: • A trained Family Peer Support Worker who is also a parent or caregiver with lived experience • Someone to listen without judgment • Practical resources and help finding your way through the mental health system ▸ Who can use this? • Families in Kelowna, West Kelowna and Penticton can connect with the local worker, Sheila, by phone or email. • Support is also offered to families across BC. No referral is needed.
