In person in Kelowna or online. ▸ What it can help with: • Anxiety, social situations, sensory overwhelm and burnout. • For adults: unpacking past masking, setting boundaries, exploring identity. • For children and youth: play-based strategies, transitions and emotional regulation. • ADHD: executive functioning skills and emotional regulation. ▸ Groups: Children's social skills groups, led by a behaviour consultant with autism expertise. ▸ Cost: Counselling with an RCC or RSW is $175 - $190 per 50 minutes. MSP does not cover counselling. They direct bill Autism Funding, FNHA and CVAP.
