You can refer yourself — no referral needed. ▸ How to start: • Call 310-MHSU (310-6478), or • Visit the Kelowna MHSU Centre at 505 Doyle Avenue (250-469-7070), or • Ask your family doctor or nurse practitioner for a referral. ▸ What happens: An intake clinician asks you some screening questions, with your permission. Then they connect you with the right team, program or resources. Services can also be offered virtually. ▸ In crisis? Call the Interior Crisis Line Network 24/7 at 1-888-353-2273. In an emergency, call 9-1-1.
