Home-style meals delivered to your door by volunteers on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Meals are made by Little Hobo Restaurant. ▸ Who it's for Seniors, veterans, people recovering from illness or surgery, people living with disabilities, and anyone who has difficulty preparing meals. ▸ Cost Each meal is $13 and includes 1 entrée, soup or salad, and dessert. There are no additional fees. You can start with a 5-meal trial package. Pay monthly by cash or cheque to your driver, or e-transfer to pay@mow-online.com. ▸ How to sign up Fill out the online application. The office will contact you about a start date. Order at least 4 days before your delivery date. The menu changes monthly, so you order each month. If you can't print the menu, call the office and they will take your choices by phone. ▸ Delivery Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM. Be home, or leave a bag or cooler outside your door. If your building needs buzz-in, someone must let the volunteer in. ▸ Office: 250-763-2424, Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM.
