Interior Health provides care at home and in the community for people who need help after a hospital stay, with a chronic condition, or at the end of life. ▸ What you can get: • Home care nursing (wound care, IV care, pain management, palliative care). • Occupational and physical therapy. • Home support with daily tasks like bathing and dressing. • Adult day programs and caregiver support, including respite. ▸ How to access: Call Home Health Central Intake at 1-800-707-8550. You can refer yourself or a family member. ▸ Cost: Nursing, care management, and occupational and physical therapy are free. Some other services have a fee based on your income.
