If you are an adult with a developmental disability funded by Community Living BC (CLBC), Home Share lets you live in a home with a care provider who supports you every day. ▸ How it works: • You share a home with a screened care provider. • Support goes up or down as your needs change. • You help choose your provider and your home. • Matches can last for years. ▸ Who can get this? • Adults funded by CLBC. CLBC sets who qualifies. ▸ How to get it: You need a referral through CLBC. Contact your local CLBC office. The John Howard Society's Home Share Coordinator then helps with screening and matching. ▸ Contact: • Phone: 250-763-1331 • Fax: 250-763-1483 • Email: info@jhsok.ca • Regional office: 1440 St. Paul Street, Kelowna
