If you or someone close to you lives with multiple sclerosis (MS), MS Canada's Navigators can give you information about the disease, treatment, and support. You can reach them by phone, email, or live chat. ▸ Other help from MS Canada: • 1:1 peer support: a phone call of up to an hour with a volunteer • Quality of Life program: may help with some costs for eligible people. Ask a Navigator or see https://mscanada.ca/quality-of-life-equipment-program • Help with the CPP Disability application (sections C2 and C8) ▸ Good to know: This is not a crisis service. In an emergency call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest hospital. If you are thinking about suicide, call or text 9-8-8.
