The At Home Program is a BC government program for children and youth with severe disabilities and complex health care needs. It gives a range of medical equipment and services to children who are eligible. If you live in or around Kelowna, you apply for At Home Program Medical Benefits through the Central Okanagan Family Connection Centre (FCC), run by arc programs. ▸ How to apply: 1. Go to the FCC to talk about your child's need for medical equipment, supplies or therapy. The FCC will do functional assessments with your child. 2. With help from a doctor or other medical professional, fill out the At Home Program Application. 3. Bring the completed application back to the FCC, with proof of residency and ID for you and your child. The FCC sends it in for you. 4. You get a letter with the decision.
