Medical benefits for children and youth with complex health needs, through the At Home Program. Benefits can include medical equipment, supplies and therapy. If you live in or around Kelowna, there is a different way to apply because Kelowna is a pilot area. ▸ How to apply in the Kelowna area 1. Go to a family connections centre (FCC) to talk about your child's need for equipment, supplies or therapy. The FCC will assess your child. 2. With help from a doctor or other medical professional, fill in the At Home Program Application. 3. Bring the completed application back to the FCC with proof of where you live and ID for you and your child. The FCC sends it in for you. 4. You get a letter with the decision. If eligible, you are invited to an orientation session. ▸ What you need • Completed At Home Program Application • Proof of residency • ID for you and your child ▸ Good to know • Families getting School-Aged Extended Therapies (SAET) move to the new Disability Benefit starting April 2026.
