Stroke Recovery BC runs weekly in-person and virtual programs for stroke survivors and caregivers. Kelowna is one of 19 in-person locations. ▸ What you get • Peer support: share experiences, information and coping strategies. • Information and discussions on living life after stroke. • Cognitive activities and games. • Virtual aphasia programs, supported by speech language pathologists. • Virtual programs in Chinese and Punjabi. ▸ When • Kelowna meets in person on Thursdays. ▸ Cost • $50 a year for unlimited programs.
