Contact The Bridge Youth & Family Services directly: 250-763-0456 or info@thebridgeservices.ca. You will fill out a withdrawal management application and an exit plan. 2. For help finding the right service, call 310-MHSU (6478) to reach your local Mental Health & Substance Use centre. 3. You can also work with your family doctor or nurse practitioner. ▸ Other options: • Outpatient Withdrawal Management in Kelowna: nurses support planned withdrawal at home or in the community.
