Outpatient substance use treatment for youth on probation. ▸ Goal: Reduce or stop substance use. ▸ Who can get this? • Youth ages 12-18 on a youth probation order who are having trouble with their substance use. ▸ How to access: You must be referred by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) Youth Probation team in Kelowna.
