If you live with a permanent physical or cognitive disability, you can get a discount recreation pass. It is called the Access Pass and is from the City of Kelowna. ▸ What you get (2026 prices) • Combination Pass: $175.54 a year (January to December) or $106.92 for six months. Covers adaptive programs, public swims, the Parkinson fitness centre, and 50% off some fitness programs. • Program Pass: $136.94 a year (January to December) or $81.00 for six months. Covers seasonal adaptive programs. • Facility Pass: $136.94 for one year from purchase or $81.00 for six months. Covers public swims and the Parkinson fitness centre. ▸ What you need (one of these) • A copy of your T4A(P) slip (from CPP disability benefits) • A letter from a medical professional saying you have a permanent disability that affects work or daily activities • A referral letter from an agency or group home that supports people with permanent disabilities ▸ How to apply 1. Email your document to accesstorecreation@kelowna.ca, or bring it to Parkinson Recreation Centre. 2. A Community Recreation Coordinator must approve you. 3.
