Access Passes - City of Kelowna Active Living & Culture

Discount recreation passes for people with a permanent cognitive or physical disability (not short-term rehabilitation). Three pass types: Combination, Program, and Facility—the City website explains what each includes. Accepted documentation can include T4A(P), CPP disability documentation, a medical letter with the exact phrasing the City lists, or a referral letter from an agency or group home that supports people with a permanent disability. A Community Recreation Coordinator must approve your application before you purchase a pass. Email accesstorecreation@kelowna.ca or bring documents to Parkinson Recreation Centre. Access to Recreation: 250-862-0430. General Active Living and Culture (registration and other questions): 250-469-8800. Fees are set by the City—see the adaptive programs page for current rates.
