Apply online any time with My Self Serve (MySS) at myselfserve.gov.bc.ca. 2. Or call the toll-free line. 3. Or visit the office at 405 Highway 33 West, Kelowna. ▸ Good to know • The office closes from 12 PM to 1 PM for lunch. • It is closed on statutory holidays, Easter Monday and Boxing Day. • You can submit your monthly report online with My Self Serve.
