If you are having your first episode of psychosis, this program supports you and your family. ▸ What you can get • Screening and assessment • Medication review and monitoring • Counselling, treatment and recovery plans • Crisis help, life skills and relapse prevention • Help moving between youth and adult mental health services ▸ How to get it • No referral needed. Call 310-MHSU (310-6478) to reach your local Mental Health & Substance Use centre. • Virtual services are available. People who live on reserve can use this service.
