If you live with a physical disability and can't find a device to do what you need, Tetra Society volunteers can design and build one for you. ▸ Cost: No fees — no upfront fees, call-out charges, hourly rates, or membership dues. Where possible, you are asked to help with the cost of materials and mileage. This is discussed before any costs are incurred. ▸ Good to know: • Tetra doesn't make items you can buy in stores. Check commercial products first. • Your health professionals are included at every step. • You don't need to send medical documents. ▸ How to ask for help: 1. Fill out the online Request Assistance form (or print the PDF form). 2. You'll describe yourself, your disability, and what you need. ▸ Contact: 604-688-6464
