A 10-week program for parents and caregivers who are parenting teens. Through group talks and expert guidance, you build communication skills, set healthy boundaries and strengthen family relationships. ▸ When: Wednesdays, 5:30–7:30 pm, 2 hours a week for 10 weeks. The last dates listed were April 2 to June 4 — contact them to ask about the next session. ▸ Where: Downtown Library, 1380 Ellis St, Kelowna. ▸ Contact: McKenzie McFarlane, 250-718-2473, mmcfarlane@bgco.ca BGC Okanagan also runs Parents Together, a bi-weekly Tuesday group (6:00–7:30 pm, Downtown Library) for parents of teens or pre-teens with behavioural, emotional or mental health challenges.
