Free government office that helps with family issues after separation or divorce, like parenting arrangements, child support and custody. Family justice counsellors (accredited mediators) give information about your options, mediation, court forms and processes, and referrals for legal advice. If you don't have an appointment, call before you drop in. Kelowna's family court registry is an Early Resolution Registry: families must meet early resolution requirements, including a needs assessment with a family justice counsellor.
