Support for people living with dementia and their care partners. ▸ Programs include: First Link® dementia support, education workshops, webinars, Minds in Motion® (fitness and social program for early-stage dementia), Family Caregiver and Early Stage support groups, and Coffee and Chat. ▸ In-person and online services are available. ▸ Contact: call the resource centre Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, or the First Link® Dementia Helpline at 1-800-936-6033 (9 AM - 8 PM).
