As of March 2026, BC residents can access 100% coverage for eligible contraceptives (including oral contraceptives, IUDs, and emergency contraception), diabetes medications (insulin, metformin, sulfonylureas, SGLT-2 inhibitors), and menopausal hormone therapy at no cost. Present your BC Services Card at any pharmacy — no separate application needed. Diabetes devices and supplies covered from April 1, 2026.
