If you are a WFN Member living in Canada, you have an extended health, vision and dental plan through CINUP, up to $3,000 per person per year. ▸ Health (100% of eligible services): • Semi-private hospital room, ambulance, private duty nursing • Prescription drug card (for drugs not covered by FNIHB) • $500 per calendar year for each paramedical practitioner (for example chiropractor, naturopath, massage therapist, clinical psychologist or social worker, speech therapist, dietitian) • Physiotherapy: $1,000 per calendar year • Hearing aids: $500 every 5 years ▸ Vision: • $300 every 24 months for frames, lenses, contacts or laser eye surgery • $60 every 24 months toward an eye exam ▸ Dental: • Basic care 100% (exams, X-rays, fillings, cleanings, root canals and more) • Major care 80% (crowns, dentures and more) • Up to $1,500 per calendar year for basic and major combined • Braces 50% for children under 18, lifetime maximum $2,000 ▸ Who is covered? • WFN Members only, from birth, living in Canada with MSP or similar coverage • Family members who are not WFN Members are not covered ▸ Contact: Membership Services, 250-768-0227, membershipservices@wfn.ca
