▸ What it is Up to 5 hours of free, confidential legal advice if you have been sexually harassed at work. Run by the Community Legal Assistance Society (CLAS). ▸ What the lawyers can do Explain your rights and options, give advice on dealing with the harassment, explain how to file a human rights or WorkSafe complaint, advise on going to police, review or draft documents, coach you through a process, and help with negotiations or a hearing. They can also refer you to counselling and other supports. ▸ What to expect An intake coordinator calls you to understand your situation. A support person can join the call. Matching you with a lawyer can take 1-2 weeks. You can meet your lawyer by phone, video, email or in person.
