A confidential phone line for older adults, and people who care about them, to talk with a professional intake worker about abuse, mistreatment, or any issue affecting an older adult's health and well-being in BC. ▸ What they can help with • Information about abuse, neglect and risk • Help reporting abuse, neglect and self-neglect • Information and referrals to community and government services • Intake to Seniors First BC programs • Follow-up calls to callers who are at risk ▸ How to reach SAIL • Toll-free: 1-866-437-1940. Lower Mainland: 604-437-1940. • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (reduced hours until further notice). Closed statutory holidays. • Press 2 to leave a voicemail for a callback.
