For youth aged 18 and under in the care of the Ministry of Children & Family Development (MCFD), when other community resources are not a good fit. The Path supports and houses young people with complex needs in MCFD-approved foster homes. Youth and caregivers get personalized, intensive support, including after-hours consultation, to help them do well at home, school, work and in the community.
