To start, call 310-MHSU (310-6478). • Connect asks for a yearly intake fee. If you can't pay it, you don't have to. ▸ Other options at Connect • Couples, family and group counselling, plus low-cost and full-fee counselling. These don't need a referral. Call 250-860-3181.
