If your child (0 to 18) has developmental support needs, neurodiversity or a disability, the Central Okanagan Family Connection Centre (FCC) can help your family. You don't need a diagnosis. ▸ What you can get: • Developmental monitoring and advice • Workshops and parenting support groups • An Intake and Care Coordinator who plans services with you • Help connecting to community resources ▸ Services you can reach through the FCC: • Inclusive Child Care and an After School Program (BGC Okanagan) • Behaviour Services • Developmental Specialist Services • Family Support Services • Community recreation programs (City of Kelowna, Parkinson Recreation Centre) • Social and emotional learning groups (Innovative Options) • Life and employment skills (YMCA) • Physiotherapy (Kids Physio) • Occupational therapy and speech and language therapy (Meridian Rehabilitation) ▸ How to get it: 1. Fill out the service request form online, or walk in to the centre. 2. You get a confirmation message. 3.
