Call them if you see a safety concern, find a needle, or see unwanted behaviour downtown. ▸ Call: 250-470-9058 ▸ Hours: 7 days a week, 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ▸ Good to know: • DOC staff are not security guards and do not use physical force • They do wellness checks on people who appear to be under the influence • They work to connect people who are unhoused with resources If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
