CMHA Kelowna - REnEW Program

Four-week paid training program in energy-efficient construction, in partnership with FortisBC. Learn draftproofing, insulation, caulking, and water-efficient device installation. Includes industry certifications (WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid), two weeks of on-site mentorship, and three months of post-graduation job placement support. No prior experience needed — just an interest in the trades. Ages 18+.
