Help finding work, training or volunteer work if you face health and social barriers. The team works with your strengths and interests, at your own pace. ▸ Who can get this? You may qualify if you: • Are a registered, active patient at Rutland Community Clinic or Outreach Urban Health • Face more than one health or social barrier • Want a job, school or training • Live close enough to get to Kelowna ▸ Who is on the team? • An occupational therapist who helps with your mental and physical wellness and builds your skills • A vocational counsellor who helps you find work, coaches you on the job and helps you keep it • Peer support workers who have lived experience themselves ▸ How to access: Fill out the online referral form. The program is a partnership between CMHA Kelowna and UBC.
