A pilot program that helps French-speaking workers immigrate and settle in Kelowna, and helps Kelowna employers hire them. The SDÉCB gives the community recommendation you need before you apply to IRCC for permanent residence. The program page is in French. ▸ Who can apply: French at CLB level 5 or higher, at least a high-school level diploma, 1 year of work experience in an eligible job, and a real job offer from an SDÉCB-designated employer in Kelowna. ▸ How it works: Find a designated employer and get a job offer. Your employer sends the offer to SDÉCB for a recommendation. Then you apply to IRCC.
