If you are pregnant or just had a baby, are First Nation, and live on WFN Lands, you can join WFN's Prenatal Nutrition Program. ▸ It helps with: • Eating well during pregnancy • Healthy weight gain for your baby • Your health and your baby's health after birth ▸ How to register: call 250-768-0227 ext. 2 and ask for the Community Health Nurse. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
