It helps people with disabilities and their families plan for a safe, secure future. ▸ What they offer: • Help making a Personal Future Plan for your family member with a disability • Help building a caring personal support network for them • Workshops and information on the RDSP, wills, trusts, estate planning, home ownership, and alternatives to legal guardianship • Families to Families Network: a relaxed monthly meetup for parents and family members. All families are welcome.
