Call 310-MHSU (6478) — no area code needed — to reach your local Interior Health mental health and substance use centre. This is the way in to community mental health and substance use services. ▸ You can refer yourself. No referral is needed. You can also ask your family doctor or nurse practitioner to refer you. ▸ An intake worker will ask you some screening questions (with your permission) and connect you to the right team or program. ▸ Kelowna centre: 505 Doyle Avenue, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In crisis? Call the Interior Crisis Line Network, 1-888-353-2273, 24/7.
