Metro Central - Shelter Hub

Centralized shelter intake hub — if you are homeless or about to lose your housing, start here. This team helps find shelter placement or alternatives based on your situation. Shelter diversion is attempted first before placement. Run by Turning Points Collaborative Society with NOW Canada, CMHA Kelowna, Metro Community, and BC Housing. Same-day shelter placement is not guaranteed — availability depends on bed space. Arrive as early as possible. Kelowna: 250-826-5544. West Kelowna Shelter Hub (Mondays only, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM): 250-258-2328 at 3-2411 Drought Road. Note: the West Kelowna Street Outreach Program (roaming, Tue-Sat 8:30 AM-4:30 PM) is a separate Turning Points service — ask when you call.
