The BC Bus Pass Program, offered by the provincial government, gives low-cost yearly bus passes to low-income seniors and people receiving disability assistance. The pass works on scheduled BC Transit and TransLink buses across the province. HandyDART and West Coast Express are not included. You must live in a community served by BC Transit. ▸ Cost For low-income seniors, the pass costs $45 a year. If you receive disability assistance, you get an extra $52 each month as a transportation supplement, which you can use for a yearly bus pass or other transportation. ▸ How to apply • Online (preferred): use the Online Request for Service form • Phone: 1-866-866-0800, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM.
